STAND’s Governing Document requires an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the membership to take place no later than 31st July . Prior to the AGM all members are invited and are notified of the date, time, venue and an application to serve as a Trustee, if they so wish. The application must be received ten working days before the AGM.
Anyone interested in serving as a Trustee must be a STAND member.
The term of service as a Trustee is for one year commencing from the date of election at the AGM. However, a Trustee can apply to be re-elected at the AGM.

Documents available at the meeting will include copies of the AGM Minutes 2024; Treasurer’s Annual Report for 2024/2025 and the Agenda for the evening’s business.
We will have an update on the last 12 months of business and activities including the latest news on the updated STAND Governing Document (Constitution) which members have had prior opportunity to comment on and approve before submitting to the Charity Commission for approval.
